At Skin Deep, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, skincare items must be unopened and seals intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring they are cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
